organizerterms
2gather Organiser Terms of Service
Published in English, French and German. Which version governs is set out in section 16.
These terms apply to any person, company, association or individual who creates an event on 2gather, whether free or paid, and who uses the ticketing features of the Service.
Parties
Nyxus OÜ, an Estonian private limited company, registry code 17364522, registered office Sepapaja tn 6, 15551 Tallinn, Estonia, provider of the 2gather service ("2gather"),
and
the Organiser, being a natural person aged 18 or over, a company or an association, which opens an organiser account and publishes one or more events on the Service.
The Organiser is a trader where it acts for purposes relating to its commercial, industrial, craft, liberal, agricultural or economic activity, including where it acts in the name of another person. It is a private individual in all other cases. This status is declared when the account is opened and is displayed on each event page.
Contract documents
The relationship is governed, in descending order of priority, by:
- any special conditions or order form signed between 2gather and the Organiser;
- these Organiser Terms of Service and their annexes;
- the Terms of Service of the Service;
- the privacy policy.
The Organiser also accepts directly the terms of the payment provider, Stripe Payments Europe, Limited, in particular the Stripe Connected Account Agreement. Those terms bind the Organiser to Stripe, not to 2gather.
Terms written with an initial capital letter have the meaning given in Annex C to the Terms of Service.
Acceptance of these terms is obtained expressly when the organiser account is opened. The version and the date of acceptance are recorded.
Opening an organiser account and identification
3.1 Who may open an account. Natural persons aged 18 or over, duly registered companies, duly declared associations and other legal persons governed by private or public law. A legal person designates a natural person authorised to act for it, who warrants holding the necessary powers.
3.1a Who may sell tickets. Paid ticketing is reserved to trader Organisers and to duly declared associations. A natural person not acting for professional purposes may not sell tickets through the Service: they may create and publish free events, without limit. This restriction follows from the obligations attached to selling tickets, in particular entertainment taxation, the safety of gatherings and public liability insurance, which we cannot place on a private individual. Nor is the Service ever used to remunerate an individual service, in particular that of an artist or a disc jockey: the sums collected through the Service correspond exclusively to the price of Tickets giving admission to an Event.
Professional sole traders may qualify if legally registered as required locally and meeting the same insurance, tax and Stripe checks. Private non-professional individuals can create free Events only.
3.2 Identification information. The Organiser provides, according to its situation:

| Private individual Organiser, free events only | first name, surname, date of birth, address, contact details |
3.3 Verification. Identity and existence checks are carried out by Stripe under its obligations on the prevention of money laundering. 2gather may request further supporting documents, including an extract from the commercial register, a receipt of declaration for an association, or identity evidence for the representative.
Where an Organiser has not established, within thirty days of requesting an organiser account, that it holds the legal and tax status required to organise its events lawfully, the account is suspended until it does. Suspension on this ground is notified with its reason and does not prevent a later application.
3.4 Updates. The Organiser informs 2gather of any change to this information within fifteen days. Failing that, the publication of new events and the payment of sums due may be suspended until the position is regularised.
3.5 Transparency towards participants. The Organiser agrees that its name, its city, its status as a trader or private individual and, for a trader, its registration number, are displayed on each event page. This allows participants to know with whom they are contracting.
Territory and availability of paid ticketing
The free features of the Service are available worldwide. Paid ticketing is available only where our payment provider supports the onboarding of connected accounts and payouts to them.
Paid ticketing is available to eligible Organisers established in Belgium, Estonia, France, Germany, Italy and the Netherlands only when the Service has activated that country and Stripe verification/capabilities are complete. Other countries require an approved extension before sales; the United Kingdom, Switzerland, United States and Canada are not included in this launch. We do not guarantee a particular provider fee or technical availability merely because an account is established in the EEA.
The current list of eligible countries is published on our pricing page. Opening a country creates no right for the Organiser to a particular tariff.
Payments and the role of 2gather
2gather provides event pages, registrations, admission lists, QR Tickets, door-control tools and member introductions. The Organiser sells and is responsible for the Event. 2gather provides its own intermediary/ticketing service; it is not the producer or co-producer merely because it lists an Event.
By accepting these terms, the Organiser authorises 2gather to instruct Stripe to collect Ticket proceeds on its behalf, deduct disclosed buyer service fees, administer due refunds and reverse related transfers or set off due sums as provided below. The mandate lasts for the contract and transactions still in progress. It is not authority to use proceeds for unrelated purposes.
The intended flow creates destination charges on the platform and transfers the Organiser's share to its connected account, with the Organiser identified as settlement merchant where supported. Transfer to a Stripe balance is distinct from payout to a bank. Fees and refunds can debit the platform balance; contractual recovery rights do not eliminate that exposure. Payment services are supplied by the regulated payment provider under its own agreement. Nothing here claims that a collection mandate alone settles the regulatory classification of 2gather's activity.
Obligations of the Organiser
6.1 Legality and safety. The Organiser is solely responsible for the legality, the safety and the proper running of its event, and for the authorisations it requires: use of the venue, licence to serve alcohol, declarations to the local authorities, rules applicable to premises open to the public, safety and first aid arrangements, and respect for permitted hours and for neighbours.
6.2 Insurance. Every Organiser using paid ticketing, including an association, must hold event/public liability insurance appropriate to its activities, venue, attendance and country. A valid certificate is provided before the first paid sale and renewed on expiry or material change. Cover does not replace permits, capacity or safety duties. Missing or unsuitable cover prevents new paid sales. Where a serious gap threatens an existing Event, we may freeze sales/payouts proportionately, seek a remedy or require cancellation/refunds with reasons and appeal rights. Insurance does not cap the Organiser's obligations to participants or to us.
6.3 Accuracy. The event page describes faithfully what awaits participants: place, date, times, price, conditions of access, age restrictions, accessibility and the programme announced. Any substantial change is published without delay and notified to registered participants.
6.4 Taxes and records. The Organiser is responsible for the tax treatment of its Ticket sales, including any VAT/exemption, event taxes, rights payments, employment and legally required ticketing records. It supplies accurate registration and tax information. This allocation does not exclude a platform tax or reporting obligation imposed on 2gather by law.
We provide an annual transaction summary and legally required seller information. Where law requires seller/platform reporting, we collect and transmit the information required and inform the Organiser in accordance with applicable transparency rules. This clause does not assert that every Event falls within a particular reporting regime. The Organiser cooperates with legally required checks.
6.5 Respect for participants. The Organiser treats participants with respect, protects their privacy, uses the data it receives only for running the event and applies the rules of conduct of the Service. It does not make access to its event conditional on forming a pair.
6.6 Prohibitions. The Organiser may not publish a fictitious or misleading event, sell more places than the authorised capacity of the venue, organise ticket resale contrary to applicable law, use the Service to collect funds without a genuine counterpart, approach members for purposes unrelated to its event, duplicate the Service's events on a competing platform using data obtained through 2gather, or extract the Service's content or data on a mass scale.
Ticketing
7.1 Types of ticket. The Organiser may issue free tickets, with a personal and numbered QR code, or paid tickets. Paid tickets require an active and verified connected account.
7.2 Price. The Organiser sets the Ticket price inclusive of taxes. The Buyer pays the service fee in addition to the Ticket price. The Organiser is credited the Ticket price, subject to refunds, due recoveries and payout/reserve rules under sections 8 and 9.
7.3 Capacity. The Organiser declares the capacity of the event and complies with the maximum authorised capacity of the venue. 2gather may stop sales when the declared capacity is reached.
7.4 Access control. Tickets are checked by scanning the QR code. The Organiser is responsible for the effective operation of door checks, including where the fee per pair described in section 8.2 depends on them.
7.5 Participant list. The Organiser has access to the information needed for welcoming participants and checking admission. It becomes a controller of that data for its own purposes, under Annex C to these terms.
7.6 Tickets sold elsewhere. The Organiser may declare in the Service the tickets it has sold on another platform or at the door, so that its capacity and its door checks reflect the whole event. Declared tickets carry no service fee. The Organiser remains responsible for the accuracy of what it declares and for not selling beyond the authorised capacity.
7.7 Visibility of the event. The Organiser chooses whether its event is listed publicly on the Service or remains accessible only through a link it shares. An unlisted event follows the same rules as a listed one.
7.8 Sales through a representative. The Organiser may authorise a person to promote and sell its event, whether a member of its team, a student association officer or an introducer. Sales made through the Service by that person follow these terms in full and carry the same fees.
Where that person collects money outside the Service, in cash, by cheque or on their own card terminal, those sums never pass through the Service: the Organiser and that person are alone responsible for collecting them, for passing them on and for the tax treatment, and 2gather bears no liability for any failure, delay or error in doing so. A ticket sold and paid for outside the Service cannot be refunded through the Service.
7.9 Editorial scope. The Service exists for going out together: events with a live or musical component, in venues, on a stated date. We may remove from public listings an event that is manifestly outside that scope, by a reasoned decision notified in writing. Removal from listings does not terminate this contract and does not prevent the Organiser from continuing to sell through the link it shares.
Fees
8.1 Ticketing. For each paid ticket sold through the Service, a service fee of 4.44 % of the ticket price plus 0.44 EUR per ticket is due.
Association tariff. Where the Organiser is a non-profit association, a student union, a student association, an association governed by the French law of 1 July 1901, a German registered association or an equivalent body under foreign law, the service fee is reduced to 4.44 % of the ticket price plus 0.22 EUR per ticket for every ticket whose price does not exceed 17.50 EUR. Above that price the standard fee applies. The threshold is assessed ticket by ticket, so a single event may include tickets under each tariff.
Eligibility for the association tariff requires evidence of status: RNA number or register of associations number, articles of association on request, and registration of the connected account as a non-profit entity. What is required is non-profit status under the law of the country of the association, evidenced by an extract from the relevant register and, where that country issues one, a certificate of tax exempt or public benefit status. Tax privileged status is not itself a condition. 2gather may reclassify an Organiser to the standard tariff, by a reasoned decision and with thirty days' notice, where its ticketing activity is manifestly commercial or is carried out for a trader.
The service fee is payable by the buyer: it is added to the price set by the Organiser and displayed separately before the purchase is confirmed. It is collected automatically by Stripe for 2gather at the time of the transaction.
The Buyer pays the service fee in addition to the Ticket price. The Organiser is credited the Ticket price, subject to refunds, due recoveries and payout/reserve rules under sections 8 and 9. Stripe processing fees on ordinary sales are borne by 2gather; section 9 governs attributable cancellation costs.
Free events carry no fee.
8.2 Venues, bars, clubs and festivals billed per pair. Where 2gather and a venue agree on billing based on pairs, the price per pair, the period for which it applies and, where relevant, any launch or subscription conditions are set in the special conditions or order form signed between them, which prevail in accordance with section 2. These prices are not published.
A chargeable pair means two members who have locked a pair in the application and whose admission to the venue's event has been established by scanning their tickets or by another agreed means of control. A pair not established at the door is not charged. A member may be counted in only one pair per event.
8.3 Festivals. Section 8.2 applies to festivals on the same terms.
8.4 No cumulation. For the same event, the fee per ticket and the fee per pair do not cumulate, unless the special conditions provide otherwise. The model chosen appears on the order form and, failing that, is the ticketing model.
8.5 Currencies. Fees are expressed in euros. Ticketing operates in euros and no other currency is open at the date of this version. Should one be opened, the equivalent fixed amount for that currency will be published on the pricing page and will apply in place of the amount in euros. Currency conversion costs charged by the payment provider are borne by 2gather out of its service fee.
8.6 Invoices, tax and reconciliation. The Buyer purchases the 2gather service associated with the Ticket and pays its service fee inclusive of applicable tax. The Buyer receives a receipt identifying the Organiser's Ticket price, the 2gather fee, tax information where required and the total. The Organiser's transaction statement records proceeds, refunds, fees and payouts; it is not an invoice charging that same buyer service fee again to the Organiser. The Organiser remains responsible for its own Ticket-sale invoice/records unless a separate compliant invoicing mandate has been agreed.
A service purchased by an Organiser, such as the per-pair service in section 8.2, is invoiced separately to that Organiser. Business prices are stated excluding tax. VAT, including any reverse charge, follows the customer's actual tax status, place-of-supply rules and valid evidence; a VAT number is verified where required. Lawful invoice corrections remain possible. Neither a missing VAT number nor association status alone determines all tax treatment.
After each Event we provide a reconciliation report; a monthly statement is also provided. A trader should notify an accounting discrepancy within sixty days to facilitate investigation. This period does not extinguish mandatory rights, a claim for a sum not due, or a manifest error. Per-pair invoices are payable within thirty days unless agreed otherwise. Legally available late-payment interest and recovery costs may be charged at the applicable statutory rate; no fixed penalty is implied where the law does not allow it.
8.7 Changes to fees. Any change to the fees is notified to the Organiser at least thirty days before it takes effect. It does not apply to events already published whose ticketing is open. An Organiser who does not accept the change may terminate without charge before it takes effect.
8.8 Payouts. We ordinarily instruct payout of available, undisputed Ticket proceeds within two business days after the Event, less refunds, due recoveries and an applicable reserve under section 8.9. Arrival at the bank depends on the provider and bank. This is a payout-initiation target, not a guarantee of bank credit by that date.
Sales dates and payout timing must comply with Stripe's maximum holding period and the account's actual controls. We may decline or pause sales that cannot be operated lawfully within those limits. We may hold only the amount objectively needed for documented fraud concerns, unresolved refunds/disputes, a cancelled Event or a provider/authority requirement. We give reasons, the amount and expected duration unless legally prohibited, review unresolved holds at least every thirty days and release sums no longer needed. We do not describe Stripe balances as escrow or promise indefinite holding.
8.9 Proportionate reserve. For the first three completed paid Events of a new Organiser, or an Event forecast to collect over EUR 10,000, the proposed reserve is 20% of the Organiser's gross Ticket proceeds, ordinarily released thirty calendar days after the Event. A lower amount or earlier release is applied where the evidenced risk does not justify the standard amount. Before sales open, we notify the percentage, reason, amount basis, release date and any provider-imposed earlier deadline; the Organiser accepts that schedule.
No reserve is held beyond the permitted provider/legal holding period. A shorter available holding period must be disclosed, not silently replaced by a 30-day post-event promise. If adequate risk protection cannot be achieved, we limit/decline sales or agree a lawful separate arrangement before taking payment. Amounts linked to a specific unresolved refund or dispute may be treated separately under section 8.8 only within those same constraints. A reserve is not a cap on liabilities. Payouts are in euros; the Organiser bears its own bank charges.
Cancellations, refunds and chargebacks
9.1 Cancellation and material change.
For an Organiser cancellation, the Buyer is entitled to a refund of the Ticket price. For a material date/location change, the Buyer may accept the changed Event or request a Ticket-price refund. The separately disclosed buyer service fee pays for 2gather's booking, ticket issuance and payment-coordination services already supplied and is ordinarily retained, including when the Organiser cancels or changes the Event. This is not an absolute exclusion: the fee is refunded where required by mandatory law, where 2gather's own fault or failure gives rise to that remedy, or under a more generous binding refund commitment. Any other mandatory remedies remain unaffected. Before purchase we display the Ticket price, service fee, total and this fee-refund rule. We do not retain a fee for a platform service we have failed to provide merely by invoking an Event cancellation.
The Organiser funds its Ticket-price refund. If the service fee is refundable under an applicable exception, 2gather returns it; responsibility between 2gather and the Organiser follows the actual cause and mandatory law. A retained service fee is not charged to the Organiser again. For an Organiser-attributable cancellation, only documented actual nonrecoverable processing costs not already covered by the retained fee or other recoveries may be recovered, with an itemised reconciliation and no duplicate recovery. 2gather bears its own-fault costs. This allocation does not deduct processing costs from a legally required Buyer refund. Earlier purchases retain applicable earlier commitments.
9.2 Voluntary withdrawal. There is no general 24-hour voluntary-refund promise for new purchases under version 2.1. A more generous Organiser policy disclosed before purchase binds the Organiser. Any discretionary refund and fee treatment are agreed before execution; statutory/cancellation refunds cannot be treated as discretionary. Account deletion alone is not cancellation. Free transfers require an available, enabled feature under CGU section 8.5; automatic resale is not promised. Earlier purchases and agreements retain the applicable earlier commitments.
For a purely discretionary change-of-mind refund, the default is to refund the Ticket price and retain the separately disclosed buyer service fee. The exact refund amount is communicated before the Buyer accepts that discretionary arrangement. A more generous binding Organiser policy or mandatory right takes precedence. Cancellation and material-change refunds follow the service-fee rule above; mandatory rights and our own service failures remain exceptions. No second processing charge is deducted from a mandatory total refund.
9.3 Recovery and mandate. The Organiser authorises related Stripe transfer reversals and set-off against sums lawfully due, with an itemised record. It immediately replenishes amounts required for due refunds and charges attributable to it; if insufficient, due amounts may be invoiced or lawfully recovered. Funds owed to unrelated parties may not be appropriated. There is no unconditional EUR 5,000 advance or solvency guarantee for new contracts. A discretionary advance is recorded as an Organiser debt, with amount and legal basis; any assignment/subrogation requires the steps required by law and is not presumed. 2gather remains responsible for its own duties and mandatory liabilities.
9.4 Payment disputes. Stripe may debit the platform balance for the disputed sum and charges. The Organiser bears amounts attributable to its Event, fraud or breach, but not amounts caused by 2gather's own failure. We provide a statement, use lawful reversal/recovery and notify the evidence deadline. The Organiser supplies admission evidence, relevant communications and Event-performance records without undue delay. We reconcile open refunds and disputes to avoid double payment. A sustained dispute rate over 1% or other documented risk may justify proportionate sales restrictions, subject to reasons and appeal. It is an internal risk threshold, not a statement about a card-network limit. No lost-dispute subsidy is automatically promised for new contracts; a separate documented gesture remains possible.
9.5 Complaints. Event-performance complaints primarily concern the Organiser. Buyers may write to legal@2gather.events, and 2gather coordinates its own obligations and the promised refund process. We may administer a legally due refund for a clearly unperformed or materially misdescribed Event, recover attributable amounts under these terms and disclose the reason. A good-faith complaint is not grounds for retaliation. Unresolved cases receive applicable ADR information.
Indemnity and liability
A trader Organiser indemnifies 2gather for losses, justified third-party claims and reasonable defence costs caused by its breach, unlawful content or failure to perform its Event obligations. The indemnity does not cover 2gather's own fault, losses not causally attributable to the Organiser or fines/penalties that cannot lawfully be transferred. Private consumers remain subject to ordinary law, not this business indemnity.
We notify the Organiser of a claim without undue delay, provide sufficient information, mitigate reasonably and allow appropriate participation in the defence. A settlement requiring indemnity needs prior consent not unreasonably withheld, unless urgently required by law or to prevent demonstrably greater harm. Recovered sums, insurance and third-party payments are credited so that a loss is not recovered twice.
Our liability to a trader Organiser. For ordinary negligence, our aggregate liability for claims arising in a calendar year is capped at the higher of EUR 5,000 and the service fees actually received on that Organiser's Events in the twelve months preceding the first event giving rise to those claims. For breach of an essential obligation, liability remains for foreseeable damage typical of the contract; exclusions of profit/turnover/reputation losses do not remove compensation for such damage where mandatory law requires it. The cap does not apply to intent, gross negligence, injury to life/body/health, breach of a specific guarantee, duties to pay out/refund funds that belong to others, or other non-excludable liability. Nothing caps Stripe's contractual rights against the platform. An invalid exclusion is severed under section 16; the court is not asked to rewrite an invalid standard clause automatically.
Term, suspension and termination
The contract is concluded for an indefinite term from acceptance of these terms.
Either party may end it at any time on thirty days' notice, without compensation. Events whose ticketing is already open are carried through to their conclusion, or refunded. Between the notice and its taking effect, each party continues to perform all of its obligations, in particular the payment of sums due and the running of events already published.
Serious breaches. Either party may terminate immediately for a serious breach by the other, notified in writing with its reasons. A serious breach by the Organiser includes: fraud; an event that is illegal or dangerous for participants; manifestly illegal content; selling beyond the authorised capacity; repeated failure to pay sums due; the absence or lapse of the insurance referred to in section 6.2; and a dispute rate durably above the threshold set in section 9.4. A serious breach by 2gather includes: making the Service unavailable for a manifestly excessive period, or repeatedly; failing to pay out sums collected on the Organiser's behalf when they are due; and a repeated failure to perform an essential obligation of this contract.
2gather may suspend or close an organiser account for breach of these terms, of the law, or of the payment provider's terms. The decision is reasoned in writing and states how to challenge it. Except in an emergency, it is preceded by a notice allowing a reasonable time to put matters right.
Suspension may be immediate in cases of fraud, of an illegal or dangerous event, of manifestly illegal content, of a threat to participants' safety, or where required by the payment provider or an authority.
The Organiser may challenge any suspension or termination decision at legal@2gather.events, subject "Organiser complaint". That address is our internal complaint handling route for organisers: complaints are examined individually and answered in writing, and the case is re-examined within fifteen calendar days.
Any small-enterprise exemption under Articles 11 and 12 of Regulation (EU) 2019/1150 applies only while its legal conditions are met, including linked-enterprise criteria. We retain the complaint route above regardless. Where mandatory mediation duties apply, the required mediators must be designated and disclosed before relying on these terms.
Intellectual property and communication
The Organiser retains rights in its content, marks and visuals. It grants 2gather a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display and technically adapt the content to publish its Event in the Service. For public event descriptions and visuals that it is entitled to license for promotion, it also authorises Event-specific promotion on 2gather websites, newsletters and social accounts while sales are open and until thirty days after the Event. This Organiser-specific licence takes precedence for those materials over the Member-content rule in CGU section 5; it does not license private Member messages, profiles or identifiable attendee images for advertising without the required separate permission.
Past-event pages may remain in the Service while the Organiser keeps them published. On removal, the public promotional licence ends, subject to lawfully retained records and restricted backup copies under the privacy policy. This is not an indefinite right to use content in new campaigns. The Organiser warrants the necessary copyright, trademark and person/image permissions. It may use supplied 2gather ticketing visuals under the brand guidelines solely to describe the agreed ticketing relationship; no wider IP ownership or endorsement is granted.
Confidentiality
Each party keeps confidential the non-public information received from the other, in particular special tariff conditions, volumes and attendance statistics, during the contract and for two years after it ends.
Personal data
Each party complies with Regulation (EU) 2016/679. The respective roles and undertakings are set out in Annex C to these terms. Defined terms remain those of Annex C to the Terms of Service.
Ranking and transparency
2gather describes the main parameters determining how events are ranked for members in section 4 of the Terms of Service and in its help centre. An Organiser cannot obtain a privileged position through payment without that being disclosed to members. 2gather does not give its own events more favourable treatment than those of Organisers.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Estonia.
Any dispute between 2gather and a trader Organiser falls within the exclusive jurisdiction of Harju County Court (Harju Maakohus), Tallinn, Estonia. Special conditions signed with a particular Organiser may provide for a different law and forum.
An Organiser who is a private individual keeps the protection of consumer rules and the right to bring proceedings before the courts of its place of residence.
Where one of us does not require strict performance of an obligation, that tolerance is not a waiver. The Organiser may not assign or transfer this contract without our prior written agreement; 2gather may assign it to a company of the same group or to a purchaser of the business, and informs the Organiser.
Between 2gather and a trader Organiser, the English version prevails. An Organiser who is a private individual keeps the benefit of the language rule in section 2 of the Terms of Service.

Stripe processing fees are borne by 2gather out of its service fee, except on cancellation attributable to the Organiser under section 9.1. Cross border payout costs, where the Organiser is established outside the European Economic Area, are borne by 2gather.
annex B · Identification data retained
The information listed in section 3.2, together with the reference of the connected account, the identity of the legal representative, the insurance certificate where provided, the result and date of any VAT number check, and the timestamp and version number of acceptance of these terms.
This information is retained for the duration of the relationship and then for the applicable limitation period.
annex C · Personal data
Roles. 2gather controls its own accounts, introductions, moderation, security and ticketing. The Organiser controls independent admission/Event-management purposes. Roles follow the actual processing: any jointly determined purpose requires an Article 26 arrangement and any processing solely on another party's instructions an Article 28 agreement before starting. A contract label does not waive data-subject rights or supervisory powers.
Data. Only necessary name/booking reference and Ticket/admission status are supplied. Payment-card details are not supplied. Health or other special-category information is not passed through ticketing for this launch; a participant can request accommodations directly from the Organiser through a separately explained lawful process. A new sensitive-data feature needs its own assessment, information and safeguards before activation.
Limits. No marketing without a lawful separately obtained basis; no unrelated sharing or sale. Event access data is erased or anonymised within six months of the Event unless a specified legal duty or documented claim requires restricted retention. The Organiser gives its own necessary privacy information and answers its own data-rights requests while cooperating on shared cases.
Security and incidents. Each party limits and secures access. An incident affecting participant data is notified to the other without undue delay and no later than 24 hours after awareness, with staged information if necessary. This internal maximum does not extend a legal notification period. The parties cooperate on investigation, containment and required notifications. Service providers and transfer safeguards are described in the privacy policy, according to their actual roles.
