Contact
Main issues address: legal@2gather.events (refunds, cancellations, payment disputes, complaints, organiser/moderation appeals, account deletion, data rights, illegal-content notices, authority orders and security incidents).
Everyday technical assistance: support@2gather.events. A request sent to the other address is routed internally without requiring resubmission, preserving its original receipt date. Consumer complaints receive a response within fifteen calendar days, subject to shorter mandatory periods; any legally permitted extension is explained within that period. GDPR requests follow the separate one-month rules in the privacy policy. French, German and English support is available; statutory language rights remain.
Business telephone: +372 669 2077. Main written contact for issues and refunds: legal@2gather.events. Email and phone contact are available without a member account. We aim for a first human response within one business day, Monday to Friday; this does not guarantee resolution within that period or extend legal deadlines. These are not emergency channels.
Hosting and payment
OVHcloud, 2 rue Kellermann, 59100 Roubaix, France, and netcup GmbH, Daimlerstraße 25, 76185 Karlsruhe, Germany, supply hosting according to the actual contracted deployment. Email coordination, security/CDN and other recipients are identified in the privacy policy. Payment and connected-account services are provided by the Stripe entity identified in the applicable Stripe agreement, including Stripe Payments Europe, Limited where applicable. 2gather does not store full card numbers.
Intellectual property
2gather materials are protected subject to actual ownership and licensed third-party rights. Use of the Service does not transfer intellectual property. Organiser and Member-content licences are set out separately in their terms. Any required device-template or open-data attribution remains displayed with the corresponding asset.
Privacy and security
Nyxus controls its own processing. Requests go to legal@2gather.events. You may contact a competent data-protection authority, including Andmekaitse Inspektsioon (www.aki.ee) or the authority of your residence/workplace/alleged infringement. Lead-supervision rules follow actual GDPR establishment facts. See the privacy policy for recipients, restricted case access, retention and transfers. Vulnerabilities are reported privately to legal@; testing rights follow the actual published responsible-disclosure scope, not an assumed permission to access others' accounts.
Consumer dispute resolution
Designated consumer mediator: CM2C. Nyxus OÜ is affiliated with Centre de la Médiation de la Consommation de Conciliateurs de Justice (CM2C), 49 rue de Ponthieu, 75008 Paris, France; https://www.cm2c.net; +33 1 89 47 00 14. After a prior written complaint to legal@2gather.events that remains unresolved, consumers may request mediation free of charge under CM2C's admissibility rules. Requests can be filed on its website, by post or at declarer-un-litige@cm2c.net, with evidence of the prior complaint. Mediation covers eligible disputes concerning Nyxus's own services and obligations; independent Organisers are not automatically affiliated. This distinction does not remove rights against Nyxus. Membership expires on 6 October 2029. Mediation is not mandatory for the consumer and does not remove lawful access to courts. An eligible consumer may also use another legally available ADR route, subject to the relevant rules concerning parallel or previously examined disputes.
Consumers, including eligible cross-border consumers, may apply to the Consumer Disputes Committee at TTJA (www.ttja.ee/en/consumer-disputes-committee), subject to its current admissibility/language rules. Its statutory jurisdiction and filing rules apply. European Consumer Centres assist cross-border consumers (www.eccnet.eu); assistance is distinct from mediation. Mandatory access to ADR remains intact. For unresolved cases, we communicate the competent body's verified contact details and our legally required participation position on a durable medium.
Consumer ADR route for eligible disputes with Nyxus OÜ: Estonian Consumer Disputes Committee (Tarbijavaidluste komisjon), operating at TTJA, Endla 10A, 10122 Tallinn, Estonia; avaldus@komisjon.ee; +372 620 1707; https://ttja.ee/tarbijavaidluste-komisjon. Its statutory jurisdiction includes eligible domestic and cross-border consumer-contract disputes against traders established in Estonia. Complain to legal@2gather.events first; if unresolved, the Committee may be approached under its admissibility rules. The procedure is free to consumers and traders, conducted in Estonian; the signed complaint must be in Estonian. Decisions are non-binding and access to courts remains. ECC-Net can assist consumers with cross-border complaints; it is not itself the deciding body. A complaint solely against a foreign Organiser follows the competent route for that Organiser; this does not remove any rights against Nyxus for its own services or duties. Required additional national ADR rights and disclosures remain unaffected.
